Hi, I just joined the Sweat365 community
I’m a woman from Mesa AZ U.S., born in 1979.
My goals are: To condition my body for running and have a healthy heart. Push my body to it’s full potentional.
I just want to feel good about myself, I want to be able to run a mile without completely falling apart physically and mentally. I want to know that not only am I excercising my body, but my heart as well. I am going to be 30 in January and I’m tired of being unfit and unhealthy.
This is my training blog which I am using to keep track of my fitness progress.
